Our office is conveniently located in downtown Chandler on the main street. Our address is 806 Manvel Avenue. We are directly across the street from the Lincoln County Courthouse square. 

Parking is available in front of the clinic. Additional parking (including additional handicap parking) can be found at the rear entrance. An elevator is also available at that entrance for our patient's convenience.
