Donnell Cross, LPN assists Dr. Crouch with procedures, patient care, and specialist referrals. She has been in the nursing field for over 25 years. She has cared for patients in the Chandler area throughout her entire nursing career. Donnell is a dedicated, key member of our staff who has been with our clinic since it's inception.
Tracy Martin is experienced in clinic front desk operations and serves our patients in scheduling of appointments, reception services for patients and visitors, new patient registration, billing/account inquiries, and general customer service. She is a native of Chandler and has over 10 years of customer service experience in healthcare & banking.
Susan Gardner, RN assists Dr. Crouch with procedures and patient care. She has been in the nursing field for approximately 30 years. Susan enjoys working on a part-time basis for the clinic and has been assisting us in a part-time/fill-in capacity since the Fall of 2009. Susan is a caring professional who is always eager to assist us in better assisting our patients. Susan works on an "as-needed" basis during busier times.
Robin Crouch, PHR is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and has 11 years of experience in Human Resources and 4 years experience in healthcare and small business management. She is the Business Manager/Office Manager and manages all business aspects of the practice including: bookkeeping, HR, Payroll, AR/AP, Compliance, Employee Training, account management, billing, collections, vender selection, purchasing, customer service, and public relations/marketing. She and Dr. Crouch have been married for 10 years and have a young daughter, Tatum.
