Appointments can be made during normal office hours:

Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm

Friday 8am-noon

The office closes for lunch each day between 12:00pm-1:20pm.

When calling for an appointment, please indicate to the receptionist your symptoms and the nature of the consultation requested. This enables us to reserve an adequate amount of time for your particular problem(s). Every effort will be made to give you the earliest and most convenient appointment available. Because we respect your time, a sincere attempt is made to adhere to our appointment schedule. Because emergencies do arise and will complicate the best of schedules, we ask for your understanding at these times. If you will be late for, or cannot keep an appointment, please give us reasonable notice so that we may give your appointment to others in need.

We limit our new patient appointments to Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays only. We also limit the schedule to a maximum of only 4 new patients per day on these dates. We do this to allow the physician and patient ample time to properly establish care in the new patient visit. We recommend that you schedule your first appointment to establish care before you become ill. This will make it easier for you to be worked into the schedule on days when you are ill and need to see the physician right away.
