In the event of an emergency, do not hesitate to call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest emergency room. Dr. Crouch or another on-call physician is available for our established patients for after hours emergencies by calling (405) 258-9955. Please use evening, night, and weekend calls for urgent situations only. The on-call physician will not schedule appointments, cancel appointments, prescribe medications or authorize refills, including refills for pain medications and antibiotics.

Many diseases and conditions have similar symptoms; therefore, we do not treat patients or prescribe new medications over the telephone. We do not refill prescriptions issued by physicians outside our office.
