You may pay by cash, check, or credit card (Mastercard, VISA, or Discover). We also participate in most major insurance plans as well as Medicare (Part B) for patients age 65 and older.  

Co-payments, deductibles (as applicable) or other payments are due at the time of service. For your convenience, we file an insurance claim on your behalf. The filing of insurance does not release the patient from responsibility for charges for services which have been provided. Charges for services not covered by insurance are due when the patient receives their billing statement.

Self-pay patients must pay in full on the date of service, but will receive a significant discount when doing so.

We participate in most major insurance plans. If we do not currently participate in your insurance plan, you will be responsible for your charges. We are happy to explore the possibility of participation in other plans as needed.
